The unemployment rate of India has risen drastically, not because there are not enough jobs, but not enough qualified people. Where our aim is to provide enough opportunity to every student to grab industry knowledge, here is one example how student can misuse it.
It's not always Companies or Government sometime it's ther person itself!

erson who cheats will alwayscheats until he learns that is not worth,the reason for unemployment mainly is that companies are looking for experience and not for skills the person owns.Even some experienced people lacks in skills but company always go with experienced ones.Company should look for skills that he/she have done in the past and also if big company didn't give a chance for fresher how can he/she become experienced and find a job,this the point every company should take it.Big company give chances to freshers in software development mainly and not in other IT Fields.Companies itself don't have idea how to choose candidate is worth or not ,for other specific field like ML or cybersecurity,for example for software development they look for hackerrank or codechef profile and projects done but other IT fields people doesn't have any benchmarks making difficult for candidate in finding what requirements are needed by companies.
Kenapa india sangat memperioritaskan TI ?
Ada banyak alasan di india sendiri banyak pegawai yang merasa dibegaranya sendiiri kurang bisa berkembang karena budaya hl ini membuat benyak dari penduduk india yang bekerja di luar dan banyak dari mere yang malah sukses bukan dinegaranya sendiri
Kita ambil contoh CEO dan peringgi perusahan teknologi di sillicon valley coba aja dateng kesan sendiri seberapa banyak orang india yang bekerja dan menjadi petinggi peruhaan tersebut.
Apasih minset yang ada dalam diri mereka sehingga pekerja it yang berasal dari india sebegitu disegani di luaran sana
